In our Day to day activities exercise is more important things how we overcome ourselves in our life we want to practice diet fibre and less of carbohydrate but its all about self control when hunger strike please use the vegetarian items like carrot ,fruits like apple and other greens and boiled veggies please avoid high fat contents and junk foods consume more grain like wheat ,maze ,gourmet.
