Shri S.Udayakumar, the founder of the Sai Group constructions have started his carrer as a Building Contractor in and around Madhavaram area for the past 25 years. Only small budget flats and individual houses are his choices which earned him reputation for his quality construction work and timely delivery to his clients.  This also helped him to elevate himself to serve to the Public as a Municipal Councillor in Madhavaram continuously for three times.  Since his sons Shri U.Santhosh and Shri U.Giridharan have evinced interest in construction business, he decided to keep away from active construction activity three years back and to extend support and advice to his sons in this line.

        

        During 2009, Shri U.Giridharan, a Civil Engineer has started Sri Sai Developers, the flagship unit of Sai Group of Constructions.  During the initial period, Shri Giridharan has concentrated in Madhavaram and Villivakkam area.

He has identified a place near Sevapet railway station for construction of about 35 flats. Due to intense marketing by the field executives, all the flats have been booked by  various parties viz. business community, professionals, salaried people at a nominal cost  from 630 to 670 sq.ft. 

          During 2010, Shri U.Santhosh, an Engineering Graduate & another son of Shri Udayakumar has promoted Balaji Constructions which undertook construction activity in a small scale in and around Villivakkam and Perambur.  During 2011, he has identified a place in Sevvapet Thozhuthur for construction of flats and individual houses.  A total area of 10,000 sq.ft. has been acquired for this purpose and various parties have approached them for purchasing the flats. extending their supporting hand for sanction of housing loan to various parties.

Customer satisfaction is the prime motto of the Sai Group of constructions.  We also undertake to ensure proper documentation is made so that the legal title is properly conveyed to the clients.  Since bulk construction activity is going on now under Balaji Constructions, materials required for the construction are purchased in one lot which helped us to earn sizeable discounts and permanent quality labour force to ensure completion of the task well in time.

We have been discussing with Indian Bank kodambakkam branch for getting the Builder Approval for the above projects at Sevvapet assured to favourably consider our proposal.  We are sure that with the Builder Approval from the leading Bank, Indian Bank, all our projects will be completed within a short period.

Balaji Constructions        :               Flats of about 60 flats in Thozhthur.

  While in Thozhthur, individual houses will be constructed by Sri Sai Developers and flats will be done by Balaji Constructions.

  Lands have been acquired in Sevapet near Railway Station for construction of about 12 flats by Sri Sai Developers.
